"Decent little hotel for crashing the night."

"This is a fine little hotel on 4th floor with 10 rooms . Nice and clean. Good service and little tea-kitchen in the room comes with boiler kettle, teabags and coffee, dishes, glasses and cutlery, mineralwater in the fridge. My room had a closed balcony - very nice. The room had a working aircondition for heating and cooling plus centralheating. But there is a massive staircase simply to get in the door then once you do you go down another staircase and go up another staircase and you think you’re done oh but no you have another 69 steps to go before you reach the lobby of the hostel. "If you want to get away from the busy downtown of Kiev this might be the place for you this day, however I would not recommend this hotel, outside of summer season if at all. Property is not very well taken care of. Pool is utterly disgusting. Mold in the shower. Toilet seat doesn't fit on the toilet and the toilet is too close to the wall to sit properly. Chipped mirror over the sink. Room configuration is very weird with a long unusable hall inside the door to the room, then a very small room....

"Staff were so helpful, from receptionists to house cleaners. I had 1 or 2 issues that needed sorting. (Nothing to do with the hotel, mine alone). Drying clothes and printing PLF's for Poland and UK. Never a problem from anyone, so helpful. 11 out of 10 for over-the-top service.... Thank You."
