"Hotel was exactly as advertised: clean, simple, inexpensive. Easily walkable to the tram or bus, walkable to NATO and Eurocontrol. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh bread and croissants. "

"Great location once I had found it and a very clean, straightforward stay. I just some of the staff could be a bit more helpful. One person was very attentive and helpful, another could have said ‘scan your key on the black box in the lift to make it work, your key needs to go into the round switch as you enter the room (difficult to find in the dark) and I know it’s supposed to be minimal contact. "

"We arrived to check in to discover that the proprietor had made a mistake and given our Comfort room to somebody else. The only other room in the hotel was a Standard one. However the proprietor offered us a self catering apartment just a very short distance from the hotel. This was very comfortable and didn't spoil our stay at all. The proprietor and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. "
