"I I stayed in the hotel for 3 nights., Check in was quick due to online check in on app The hotel is perfectly located right beside all the popular sights and eateries ..The room was spacious fior one person that I was .double bed was vetry comfortable with quality bedding. Bathroom was sufficient with warm shower and supplied toiletries .. Smsrt tv supplied many channels .. Oversll I would highly recommend La Luns hotel .."

"As of March 2026, a part of the property has some construction work and the during working hours have some noise and a little bit dusty. Also there was some communication problems between their staff. I’ve booked a room for 2 people by Expedia, but 3 times I have been mentioned that you need to pay for an extra guest. I felt that intimidated by the miss communication. Additionally, I’ve contacted the hotel some questions before arriving the hotel , but never reply to me. Otherwise the hotel has a private balcony and a room has spacious, and buffet breakfast was reasonable price. "

"I understand that it was February, but the hotel was really not welcoming. The weather was nice, but there was not really any table and chairs outside apart a few in front the main area. The swimming pool was closed, what it's normal for February, but with a fence around it. It really looks terrible! At some point, it was sunny and I wanted to work outside, there was not table and chair near our bedroom where the wifi signal was good, so we had to choice that going where we can find some table and chairs outside the bar and the reception area, where the wifi signal was very inconsistant. I can see on my laptop that there was another wifi signal for the events, that one appeared to be strong and good. I asked to the reception if there was a way for them to give me the code as the general wifi was not keeping cutting and I can't sit near our bedroom where there was not table and chair outside, the person at the reception replied frankly: NO, it's not possible. I was not happy and he told me he was going to ask his manager. I came back 10 mins later, nothing, it was clear that he didn't ask... I expressed very clearly how I was disappointed not necessary about the weak wifi signal, but more about the fact that the staff at the reception was clearly ignoring us, they even didn't pretend.
