"Didn’t realize this was a love hotel when booking. The neighborhood and reception desk was extremely sketchy, but the room was amazing. Sauna and bath were great and the coffee & tea was delicious. The pillows were a bit flat and the condoms were too small, but there was a massage chair in the room with mood lighting & karaoke. Overall definitely worth the price if you’re looking for a cheap stay between hotels."

"This was our final stop on our Japan trip. After staying at some poor accommodations this was a relief. We felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. Our room was available early so we were taken to our room. Some of the comments about older interiors and older style are true however, it felt like staying at the Plaza Hotel in the 90s very retro glamour. I enjoyed the decor and the amenities. "The first capsule hotel I've stayed at and still the best! It's at an awesome location a quick walk to Shinjuku Station. Plenty of things all around it as far as restaurants and attractions. The facility is very clean, safe, clean, with awesome and helpful staff. Free snacks, drinks and bathroom amenities while staying too in addition to a bathhouse. "Great location. Exit the hotel, turn left, walk for 1 minute and you begin seeing the neon lights, walk 7 minutes and you reach the famous screen with the 3D cats. Turn right to enter Kabukicho. Is a nice hotel but every thing is of a miniature size. If you can put up being cramped in the bathroom and room itself then this hotel works. Lots of food options around. Subway station 100 yards from hotel. 10 minute easy walk from Shinjuku station."
