"Luxury tents are nice, there is A/C and beds have electric heated mattress. Be aware that insulation is not the best as these are tents therefore during winter it will get cold. The bathroom attached to the tend is very spacious and nice. There is a grill for bbq, a minibar (outside), cutlery and an electric water pot for coffee/tea."

"We had an amazing stay! Room 145 with the little pool was stunning! We used the pool everyday. The room is super spacious, beautifully decorated, every detail is perfect. The food was very good with a big variety to choose from. We took one of their activity flights to see an aerial view, highly recommend it! "

"Lovely spacious suite, the restaurant and bar staff were very good, however some reception and service staff let overall service down as we made a few requests like ice in our room which never arrived, bar fridge was not replenished once in 3 days, food in all the hotel restaurants was great! "

"This property is central to Windhoek; in fact when I put “Windhoek” into my Google maps, it ends up a block away from the hotel. The food on the roof is just a touch better than the fantastic view. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Every museum is within walking distance. The wifi works better than most places in Namibia and the room is temperature controlled. There is absolutely nothing negative to stare about my stay at this hotel. "

This round, I was only there for less than 20 hours so I really did not fully get to enjoy it. Everyone was very professional and pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. "A beautiful place to relax. The views during the day go forever and the night sky is filled with stars. Recommend at least a two night stay to recharge your batteries before exploring more of Namibia."
