One employee (a russian guy?) was actually helpful, while the others gave us contradicting information to just weren't helpful at all. For instance, when we asked how to do laundry we were first told to come back at 9 pm (!!!) and when we checked again the helpful guy assisted us instantly and also gave us big shower towels. Originally we were just provided small hand-towels and the other staff was reluctant...
