"Very clean. The beds (room with 2 twins) were too firm for my liking. Seemed wasteful that they threw away toothbrushes, razors and shampoo/conditioner/shower gel daily and replaced with new ones. The folks at the front desk were not very helpful—would only call a limo for the airport, not assist us with other taxis (eventually had to figure it out on my own and set up Kakao T). "

"i really enjoyed my stay!! soundproof walls, daily housekeeping upon request, and a sleek decor made me want to stay forever. besides the very conveniently located CU convenience store next door, the surrounding area was quiet and didn’t have much to praise about. luckily there is a train station a 10 minute walk away."

The one thing that lowered my opinion significantly is that I paid extra for a room with a tub. The tub had a button, presumably for the jets, but it did not work. I still was able to enjoy my bath, but it would have been more enjoyable with the functioning tub. "
