"The first impression was the bug welcome from her, she explained about the faciliy. The room and the upstairs was bug enough for family member of 4. "This property was in a beautiful location however the suites were not clean or comfortable. The bed sheets were old, stained and torn and the beds are very hard and uncomfortable. The pool, tub and bath area smelled like sour drainage so a bath was not an option yet something I looked forward to and paid extra for. I found a poisonous centipede in my suitcase and my friend had a rat in the ceiling of their suite. In addition there are very few restaurants or cafes that are available or open...

"After setting the thermostat to lowest setting 22 degrees. Came back to room after normal work day to room at 60 degrees celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit). Opened a window, set the thermostat again, came back couple of hours later at 30 degrees. Much better but still warm. Window stayed open rest of stay. 0-8 degrees outside January weather. Aside from that great hotel! Loved it."
