"This was our final stop on our Japan trip. After staying at some poor accommodations this was a relief. We felt immediately welcomed and taken care of. Our room was available early so we were taken to our room. Some of the comments about older interiors and older style are true however, it felt like staying at the Plaza Hotel in the 90s very retro glamour. I enjoyed the decor and the amenities.
