The resort was clean. The food was pretty good considering that it was an all-inclusive property. The check-in process was the worst. There was no system. I stood behind some people that were standing in the middle of the lobby and asked if this was the check in line. I stood there for over 40 minutes before I walked over to an employee to ask how much longer I would have to stand in line to check in. She asked me for my name and told me to have a seat in the lobby and she will call me when it was my turn. After 20 minutes and a drink, my wife just walked up to one of the registration desks and sat down to get checked in. This disorganization continued in the buffet. There was no direction on where to line up for the omelette and grilled meat station. Guests would just walk up on either side of the cook and place their order instead of lining up.

We loved the place. We brought a 3 yr old with us. Family friendly. The staffs are very friendly and professional. We chose this place more for the kid than for the food. Supervisor Alexandro in the bellboy team was exceptional. He helped us called the transportation pick-up when they were behind the schedule. I wish the management could help us exchange large bills into $5 and $10 bills, so we can tip the staffs more often for their exceptional customer service.

The resort was very nice and clean. The staff was a lot of fun and engaged with the guests for activities. There was a daily schedule of activities by the pool every hour. So always something to do. The service staff was friendly and food was good. Overall a good place to spend a vacation.

Hotel was nice and clean, had various dinning options, different entertainment every evening. A lot of pool areas for everyone. Kids loved water slides and kids club.

El servicio de buffet y restaurantes son formidables, pero no asi el servicio habitacion. Las habitaciones pequeñas y un poco incomoda. Estamos realmente decepcionados del resto que no me cabe en este parrafo todos los inconvenientes. Gloria ferreiro. Realmente mucho sol por el clima pero no han hecho un lugar de sombra para estar comodos los turistas.

This property is good for a quick getaway without children. This property was supposed to be an “inclusive “ and kid friendly, the property did not cater to my children at all. My kids wanted snacks and they refused to accommodate them, they told my husband one 1 restock per day with two items now if you know kids you know if I give one cookies and the other chips were going to have a problem. I thought all inclusive meant no limits to what can be given.

The food was so good. They had a little bit of everything. They had shows and events through out the day. The staff was so helpful and so nice. Not once did we feel unwelcome. We used public transportation to move around and there was a bus stop right outside the resort. There was also an OXXO about 2 minutes away so we would go and buy snacks. The pool is huge and clean. I plan to come back. I loved it.

Stayed 7days. The air conditioner not working properly in the Lobby was too hot to stay. There is only one buffet, the fruits are served only at breakfast time but you can get some fruits from the snack bar. No privacy tag was provided and the cleaning service needs to be requested manually if you wish to do the cleaning service every day. Other than that was satisfied to stay.
