Philip in concierge went through a lot of effort to help me get tickets for Jeju Island ferry from Mokpo. Turns out that you can just easily buy them a couple right before you board. Service is okay, my only issue was I had to pushed my 3 luggages on my own to the front counter. No one came to help me at all. My husband had crutches so he couldn't, no one opens the door for us. "The room and bathrooms were very clean, just not newly remodeled. There is on site self service laundry available. Also breakfast and buffet lunch for a reasonable price. The front desk was helpful and let us check in early, since our room was already ready and then held our luggage for us for a few hours after we checked out. Rooms are very quiet and private even though the hotel is in the middle of an area with active night life."
