"This was my second time staying here after a long haul flight. It is very convenient getting the bus direct from Incheon airport. The staff are friendly. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. There is a swimming pool with great facilities. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Paradise city which has a convenience store, restaurants (expensive and reasonable) and more."

"Stayed at the one bedroom residence which was huge, with a sofa bed for our young kids to share. Huge lovely bath tub, nice water pressure for showers, and nice spa toiletries for use. Came with microwave, fridge, stove, washing machine, even a new fangled ? Ironing machine which we didn’t try to use. Also an air purifier. "I decided to treat myself to a one night stay at Paradise City at the end of my trip. Some of the reviews regarding the service and attitude from the staff made me worried, but I only experienced great service while I was there. The resort is nicely decorated and very large, with a lot of options for food/drinks as well as shopping and entertainment. Airport shuttle service is also available. However, the counter at the airport specifically has a sign to request that no questions be asked there...

"The hotel is nice, it seems to be pretty busy and has a good level of things inside, I tried 2 restaurants and cafe and they were all nice, the staff were all very helpful, the hotel rooms are all the same size which can make you feel no need to upgrade rooms. The shower leaks and this is more of a design flaw as I changed rooms midway and had the same profile in both.
