A kaiseki dinner which I had never experienced was amazing! Staff were so friendly and we even got free Japanese attire provided by the hotel. A truly outstanding place to stay."

The one with the huge lava rocks, natural greenery and small waterfall on the 5th floor was my favorite. "This is a traditional ryokan, and my second stay. First time was back in 2016 by myself. This time came here to stay with my wife. Bery friendly staff. I had a much better experience first time around, two ladies came and showed me how to change into a yukata and prepared my bed. Everything was more personal, this time they were a little busy. Too many guests. Still amazing experience. You can reserve the onsen for yourself privately. The dinner experience is a little expensive but worth it. "
