“Great location, but it is very confusing because the photo used for advertising is a museum it is not the place you are booking. Also it is not the kind of hotel we are use to book, it is difficult, because if you don’t get to the property on time for any reason, they leave and you have to wait outside with your suitcase and hot weather. Next time I will book a hotel with front desk. But I need to say that it was cleaned and nice room, bathroom and great location!”

“Chambre en plein cœur du centre historique donc très bien situé pour visiter Sienne. Il nous a été indiqué une rue à 10mn à pied pour se stationner gratuitement. La chambre se situé au 4e étage sans ascenseur. Pour nous pas de problème mais c'est bon à savoir. La chambre est équipée d'un ventilateur au plafond ce qui n'est pas mentionné dans l'annonce donc très bonne nouvelle à notre arrivée avec plus de 35 degrés dehors. Par contre assez bruyant, un bar juste en bas mais on ne peut pas...

“Charming and authentic place to stay in Siena. Small and quaint, this bed & breakfast has beautiful italian charm. The man that runs the place is kind and helpful. A few things to note, it was a bit difficult to find as there were no large signs outside the building. There are three flights on stairs to walk up to before reaching the front desk. It is a very old building, so the place is quite spooky in the evening. My room was clean and spacious, but the bathroom was very dated and smelled...
