The check in now is automated via an iPad… lots of technical bugs, and not every one can do computer stuff…. The staff is barely trained, and they do not look happy. It feels like a self checkout at a Walmart! Terrible! Also, unless you request housekeeping,they do not clean your room!! Usually it’s nicer, easier, staff a bit more friendly, and the rooms I’ve had before have been bigger, with lots more space for everything… this one is tiny with barely any space. No coffee, tea, microwave or anything except w glasses. It’s really gone downhill, which is sad… oh and a resort fee??’? It is NOT a resort! It’s looking more like a Motel6 I. Terms of service and quality. Very sad….
