"I would love to give everything a 5-star rating, but sadly, my nonsmoking room didn't smell that way when I checked in. There wasn't anything that the staff could have done. The sauna was drained, and the spa wasn't operational. The carpet in our room had a very large tear in it, and the pipes in the shower moved when I turned it on and off. The desk manager was fantastic with our later check-in and was very accommodating by giving us information we might need immediately. The room was nice...
