There should be a window! Staffs are kind and they did their best, but room I chose was worst ever. I didn't expect there was a room without window. It was so stuffy!

All the staff are courteous. The breakfast was good. Has transport to and from the airport. Very convenient. Very good value for money.

When I first arrived, I thought the room was small and the air conditioning didn't work. I was wrong. I just needed to adjust the settings. The room is a fine size for the price and the food was delicious. This is truly my favorite hotel in the Philippines so far.

Room is small and the bed does take up a lot of space. I was traveling solo so it didn't bother me. However if I had to share this room I would not like it. Staff knew it was a last minute booking and I was only staying one night so they conveniently put my room at the bottom level. It's a nice room and there is free drinking water available. My only complaint is the loud karaoke at 10 p.m. and the loud elevator music they would play in the early morning.

The staff here is by far the best I have seen in the Philippines. The free breakfast had a lot of great choices and was amazing. There are several restaurants in walking distance however the restaurant on site is awesome. I loved this place and it will definitely be my go-to whenever i fly into or out of Cebu in the future!

The room, dining and airport shuttle are very good. The hotel is close to the airport. The hotel provides an variety of breakfast food for the guests. I will stay at this hotel in future travels through Cebu. The guest experience was wonderful.

I recently stayed overnight at Felicity Island (4/2/2024) and had a mixed experience. Here’s a breakdown: 1. Convenient Location: The hotel’s proximity to the airport was fantastic, making it a convenient choice for travelers. 2. Friendly Staff: The staff at the hotel were incredibly nice, accommodating, and friendly throughout my stay, which added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. 3. Restaurant and Free Breakfast: Having a restaurant on-site was a great convenience, and the complimentary breakfast was definitely a plus, offering a good start to the day. 4. Lack of Elevator: Unfortunately, the absence of an elevator was a downside, especially when lugging heavy luggage. However, the hotel staff were always ready to assist when needed, which helped mitigate the inconvenience. 5. Dark and Claustrophobic Rooms: My biggest disappointment was with the room assigned to me, located in the basement without any windows. This made the room feel incredibly claustrophobic and dark, which significantly impacted my overall comfort during the stay. In conclusion, while the hotel had its positives, such as its convenient location and friendly staff, the lack of elevator and the unpleasant room experience were notable drawbacks that affected my overall satisfaction with the stay.

We had a wonderful stay while waiting to board our flight. Free shuttle to airport. Clean rooms and cheerful decor. Small issue with condensation leaking from air conditioner in room above. Within minutes we were given a new room and complimentary bottle of sparkling cider. Very accommodating and very happy to go the extra mile. We will definitely stay again.

CEB到着後タクシー乗車が一番のストレスだが、このレベルのホテルで空港からホテル迄の無料送迎がありがたい。前もって運転手の携帯番号がメールで送られてくるから安心だ。勿論ホテルから空港迄も無料送迎をしてくれる。ロビーはWi-Fiシグナルが弱い。

So over the past few weeks, I have stayed at this property and returned every week or so. During that time, the stored my giant bag of gifts from Cambodia at no extra cost. We are talking close to a month of storing my property, and for that, I am very grateful As I’ve said in previous reviews, the place clean, eco- friendly, and safe. Also the staff rocks, and they made my stay very pleasant.

This property is ideal if you need a place stay for a few days while you organize connections to other parts of the Philippines. If Cebu City is your goal, this might not be the best hotel, but if plan to make your way to the airport, Felicity Island’s free shuttle service can’t be beat. The staff rocks beyond measure, and I found everyone to be very helpful with assisting with bags, connections, or just basic travel information. As for the facilities themselves, I don’t think that I have ever encountered a cleaner hotel, and the restaurant is surprisingly good

The bathroom is too small so with our bedroom, toilet doesn’t flush right away and to slow to drain.they’re not ready when we arrived . They gave amenities for single person instead of a couple. Breakfast was terrible.
