“Great place to work and live. It’s 7 minute walk to MTR so quite convenient. There are not many restaurants until they open up below or you walk 10 minutes to the local shopping centre. Taxi’s know the place so generally all good.”

“I liked the experience of staying in this hotel in general. Overall rate from me would be 4.0/5.0 considering everything including price efficiency. I did not give 5.0 because of no heater in room and location . Using public transportation to the hotel was bit tricky for us.”

“The room was cozy and clean. Convenient location as it wasn't far from the MTR, have many bus lines and can get a cap quite easy. A bit funny location on the quite steep slope, but it was giving the HongKong feeling so I liked it. But I had 2 times of WiFi disconnection which made me in trouble as my business e-mail was lost and got a cut from the online conference call. So may need to improve and make it more a stable connection. Breakfast was just serving a cheap bread and not many options but...

“사우스타워 시티뷰로 했더니 3박내내 조용했고 세탁기((5kg) 빨래건조대 인덕션(1구) 전자레인지 냉장고등이 갖춰져있어 아이와 숙박하기 좋았습니다 센트럴에서 걸어서 10분 트램은 맞은편 지하철역은 5분이내여서 관광하기편했어요 청소도 10점만점에 9점으로 깨끗했어요 사진보단 작아서 놀랬는데 그래도 10평정도 돼서 괜찮았습니다 돌아올때 새벽5시반에 택시도잡아주시고 친절하세요”

“Check in was good, Mr. Ali was nice person and very helpfull. Unfortunately on sunday elevator was out of service thats why we had to climb 11. Floor, but it was fixed on monday morning. Generally I advice this hotel to everybody.”

“Stayed here for 4 nights liked the location but the check in staff were quite abrupt and not too helpful and a little blunt. No storing luggage facilities and scales for weighing luggage so be mindful. Average experience can be better given the properties this group has are quite presentable. ”

“Personally, I would not stay at this location again. My biggest quip was the lack of hot water. Staff was helpful and the location was extremely close to the MTR but, this place is not for me. ”

“Late flight, land, receive email saying we have to pay HK$29,414 deposit at check-in... Hotels usually place a pre-approval on your credit card, but HK$29,414 is AU$5,300! And must be actually paid, not pre-approved. Arrive 11:30pm, Myself, my wife, 2 children under 10, room booked accordingly. Told they are NOT a hotel, but serviced apartments, we are expected to sign a "lease" and pay 1 month deposit, which we get back 3 WEEKS after check out!!! Ridiculous! Argue for an hour,...
