"We loved the location and the space in the suite. The room seemed that it had been cleaned but there was some wear and tear that made it seem unclean. Scuff marks/stains on the walls and such. The staff came daily to take the trash and give us fresh towels and then they did a room clean halfway through our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful! Be sure to download WhatsApp because that is their main line of communication, which I thought was very convenient."

"I really liked my time here. The couple that run the guesthouse are very friendly and their English was good. I felt cared for :) The room was small but functional. "We highly recommend Nine Tree Premier Insadong! The family favorite was the excellent breakfast buffet included each morning - so many healthy choices and everything was consistently delicious. Rooms were clean and quiet. We travel a lot and were impressed with the comfortable and luxurious mattresses. Kids loved the bunk bed. The neighborhood is stellar for tourists! So many dining choices in the mall next door and charming Insadong-Gil is literally footsteps away. Angular subway was a quick walk. The sculpture and flower garden park was stunning and made for idyllic strolls. Highly recommend for visitors to Seoul!!!"
