“Right opposite the train station so very handy for anyone who has mobility problems. Much quieter than I was expecting and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bedroom had plenty of supplies - including Earl Grey teabags, a cafetière and ground coffee, biscuits etc, also towelling robes and slippers. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. No food service after 6pm but within a short walking distance of many restaurants and bars. ”

“친절한 리셉션 직원, 조식 포함된 만족스러운 가격, 아침식사 메뉴가 다양하진 않지만, 음식을 포장해 갈 수 있어 유용했어요. 방은 좁지만 필요한 모든것이 구비되어 있었고, 로얄 크레센트까지 도보 접근 가능했어요. (참고로 저희가 숙박했던 방은 창문을 열면 묘지 뷰였어요) 전반적으로 만족했습니다!”

“Lovely hotel with beautiful views over the lake. Some elements of the hotel let it down, the ensuite was tired looking with significant orange staining to the bath taps. Pillows were uncomfortable and would have been nice to have some bottles of water in the room. However, overall I would recommend and stay again ”

“Lovely hotel, food and staff. The walk along the side of the canal into Bath was a true pleasure. Beautiful views of the Avon from the bar & restaurant. The staff were friendly and I can fully recommend the Fillet Steak, Panna Cotta Dessert and the Full English Breakfast. The parking is a bit tight, but even on the busy Saturday night, there were alternative car parking spaces available and 2 or 3 large cars managed to squeeze in fine, without causing an obstruction. I was also surprised to find...

“호텔 내부가 매우 고급스럽고 편안했습니다. 역사적인 건물에서 숙박 할 수 있다는 것이 정말 행운이라고 생각합니다. 방 한가운데 걸린 샹들리에는 사랑스러운 분위기를 만들었고, 침구는 굉장히 포근했습니다. 3명이라 쇼파베드를 사용했는데 크게 불편하지 않았습니다. 욕실도 정말 만족스러웠습니다. 스파 지역라서 그런지 물도 좋은거 같았어요! 피부도 미끈해지는거 같았어요. 조식 중 컨티넨탈은 가지수가 적었지만 요리와 함께 먹으면 적당했습니다. 맛있어요:) roman bath, bath abbey는 10분정도 거리였고, 거리 끝에 있는(2분거리) 미술관도 너무 좋았어요! ** 처음에 갔던 방에는 하수구?냄새가 나서 방을 바꿔달라고 해서 다른 방으로 갔는데 냄새가 나지 않아서 다행이었습니다. “Beautiful gardens, large stone balcony with bench, table chair and cushions, lounges and restaurant lovely and spa pool very nice. Sofa bed in suite was returned to sofa in day and made up as a bed each night. Breakfast good and service very good throughout our stay.”

“Lovely comfortable room with bath en suite. Evening meal was delicious and service was very good. Staff were very helpful when we were joined by our daughter's family for breakfast. Have been several times and will be staying there again.”

“We booked two night- three days, but they didnt change new towel, fill water and clean garbage. Best thing which makes us so angry is that no answer from our ring, even never hang up the interphone. Clean and fresh but hard to connect staffs. Never to use next time. ”
