“Very cool location and quite relaxing. Needs some improvement on the interior and exterior of the cottage though as a lot of things were worn. It was quite windy while we were there and the wind blew most of the smoke coming the fireplace back inside which made everything smell like smoke, including our clothes in our suitcases. It did improve the feeling of being in a remote location, but still, this is probably not what you want. Overall quite good and value for money.”

“My wife and I stayed for two nights. We had the Africa Suite which was comfortable, well furnished and spacious with a huge naturally-lit bathroom. The property itself is well maintained with lovely semi tropical gardens and a nice pool area. 4 stars would not be enough but I would have given 4 1/2 if I could for a couple of reasons. (1) the hotel is a long way from the centre (30/40 minute walk at least and) where most of the restaurants are and (2) although efficient, the lady on reception...

“The hotel was very small nothing like the pictures, we were on the third floor had to take cases up no lift. No hot water, tap loose towel rail falling of the wall, light on bedside cabinet not working, no hairdryer as described on site . Very poor breakfast. How it got four stars I shall never know. ”

“De check inn was niet goed, we werden ‘s nachts in een vreselijke slechte kamer geplaatst. Wij hadden de duurste en meest comfortabele kamer geboekt en die hebben we niet gekregen tijdens ons verblijf. Ze hadden allemaal smoesjes om het goed te praten ”
