When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. "The room is big and clean and it’s located right on orchard road. Very convenient to access to the MRT station. It’s fully covered so it doesn’t matter if it’s rain or shine, you can access to the MRT and shopping center connected to it. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. "
