“Overall hotel and staff were very nice. One issue when dining there the first night. Wait staff lost control of a tray with wine on the table behind me getting the other table and down my back and pants. Accidents happen and wait staff was very apologetic. Manage came over and apologized to the other table and offered to comp their drinks, but never bothered to say anything to me, not that I would have needed anything comped, but found it in pour taste that they didn’t even bothered to say...

“Gorgeous property on the outskirts of Edinburgh. We had a young family and found it perfect to relax after a day of travel around the city. Nice Scottish breakfast buffet as well but for us the beautiful landscape and building architecture were the highlight. We found the service to be decent with couple moments of great service. ”

“I didn’t stay here , we arrived for concert at Hampden park , only to find out hotel was closed to public , on a government contract . Had to return home on train with suitcase and missed concert and mini break in Glasgow . ”
