“Filthy and disgusting. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Smells like damp mouldy cheese that we later found out to be the drip tray behind the fridge. It was liquid and mouldy. The toilet seat was loose and wouldn't tighten. The skirting boards were dirty and dusty. We found a mouldy sponge under the kitchen cupboard. No toilet roll. No hand wash. Mouldy bathroom. “This is our second stay at Sprowston Manor. Overall, we really enjoyed it. However, we booked dinner in the bar on our first night, rather than the restaurant so we could bring our dog. This was booked in advance, for our whole party. When we arrived, we were given a tiny table to sit at, which wouldn’t have fitted all our plates (when we stated previously, they had regular sized tables in the bar and so this wasn’t an issue). “축구장옆이라서 방에서도 축구장이 보입니다. 마침 경기가 있어서 티켓을 구매해서 바로 옆이라 편하게보고 왔습니다 노리치 기차역에서 걸으면 15분정도 걸립니다 짐없으면 걸을만하구요 10분거리에 대형쇼핑몰이 크게있어서 장보고 먹는데 부담없고 나이키할인매장과 H&M이있습니다. 해가 일찍지는관계로 금방어두워져서 쇼핑몰에서 호텔까지 밤에 혼자걷기는 좀 무섭습니다.체크인을 하고 짐을 맡아주어서 부담없이 시간을 보내다 왔습니다.직원들 친절합니다.방은 좀 춥구요”

“Wells-next-the-sea is a lovely town, and The Quay has easy access to great food and the beach area, not to mention the gelato shop right next door. It’s cute and easy to access.”

“The room was ideal. It was comfortable, had a bath and shower that were easy to operate. There was a generous supply of teas and coffee. The cosy lounges downstairs were lovely. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful with plenty of coffee/tea topups. All the staff were polite and attentive and easy to have a chat to. Overall, a memorable stay. We shall certainly return soon!”

“Our stay definitely exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly, the accommodation (2 bed villa with sofa bed) was spacious and clean with plenty of storage. We enjoyed using the pool and games room - great sunset views from here! - and also had a couple of nice meals in the restaurant. “Compact room thin walls can here everything shower ok toilet not very good but all surpassed by very friendly and helpful staff and our evening meal was fantastic the lamb was very nice need to improve parking I had to park in the street car park was full so was the lawns need number plate recognition but overall would stay again”

“We arrived to a very warm welcome and a super clean bedroom and bathroom. The reception manager gave us a lovely tip for a walk along the river to the Cathedral too!”
