“Normally we stay at a national brand hotel. However there was something cool about the history of this place that made us make a reservation. The location is conveniently located off the highway. The front desk staff were quick to get us checked in. The room was in good condition. We got styled in for a good night sleep. The AC unit was a little loud, but kept the room cool. Breakfast area was large with plenty of room to sit. It was typical continental style breakfast. Check out was a breeze....

“As beautiful and quaint as old town Santa Fe is during the day, the night time is horribly noisy thanks to the people who roam up and down the streets in cars and pickup trucks with excessively loud mufflers. These people are not there to spend money, like those staying in the expensive accommodations and trying to enjoy the wine bars or fine dining. Santa Fe old town is in need of a serious noise ordinance ot some way to limit this annoying distraction.”

“We had a good one night stay at this hotel. The room was very clean. There are a number of good restaurants on the property with good food and service. The parking is very difficult and you'll have to park far away from the hotel entrance. The parking garage is very misleading, as it does not connect to the hotel and it is very far away from the hotel. Also, there are no signs for the entrance of the hotel and made it very hard to find the entrance.”

"We are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days. On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day. We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan. I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager in charge. If you see this, please contact me. I was disappointed by the insincerity of the hotel."
