“I have stayed at this property many times. It is 5 Star service all the way. This property is especially nice in the Summer months with the pool and seaside amenities. We enjoyed our Christmas stay and the Christmas brunch. Staff treat you like royalty and have been consistent in all of our visits to this property.”

The hotel is connected to a shopping center with plenty of options for food and entertainment making it optimal for short stays like ours as we did not have the time to go out elsewhere. “I arrived to the airport around 01:40am. Ease to get to the accommodation. Location on maps a bit off, but I received good help from staff at Duroy Hotel nearby. The Nightmanager at Universal Residence could not find my booking but found a room for me. That was around 02:20am. I checked out at 09:00am where the issue had been solved in the meantime. The accommodation could do with some maintenance, but the bed was fine and room nicely furnished. ”
