“Everything went well. The room was very clean and the air condition worked great. Manong the night shift was very helpful and helped us with the luggage. He even woke up super early to open the gate for us.”

“The hotel itself looks extremely charming once you enter it. The restaurant area and pool are just amazing and really something out of a fantasy. The rooms however are a bit of an anti-climax. They are small, and very simple. Not cosy at all. Just a different way of decorating it could do a lot to give the same vibes as the hotel garden/pool area.”

It could have been improved if it will be checked prior receiving guests so they could remove it plus we lack one towel during the stay which could have checked as well. “This hotel needs some work. The staff was very friendly but the rooms give off a very cold almost creepy asylum feel. Beds are hard and the blankets were stained. Grime in the corners. Won’t stay again.”

“This is one of the worst hotels we stayed in why we've been in the Philippines. The blanket they provide you is just a bed sheet. They only provide one blanket for room. We are a family of four. I had to ask the front desk for another one. The lady gave me attitude when I asked. Also the bed sheets were very dirty. They advertise they have Wi-Fi which is pretty much non-existent. The pool is very dirty. Also the room had cockroaches in it. The air conditioner barely works in the room it does...
