“The property was clean, quiet and the service was great. There only a couple of things which I was not pleased with. The entire facility was hot like if the A/C was not working. The minibar did not cool at all and I was told by staff that was something normal in all the rooms.”

“The property landscaping is just beautiful. The shows at the hotel were also good ( 3 nights out of the week were great.) The drinks at the resort were ok and varied greatly based on the bartender. Also, the food was the same almost every day at the buffet, but the Japanese and seafood restaurants were great. The beach was great too ( my favorite!) The food needs to improve and more entertainment for kids would be great. ”

“Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit...

“We really enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville. The hotel is beautiful and very well-kept and the staff were lovely to us. The beach was ok but a bit rocky though this didn’t bother me as most of my time was spent at the pool. The dining options were broad and the buffet had a huge variety! “We had a wonderful stay here! Getaway for parents of young kids. The beach is fabulous. Went swimming in the ocean a couple of times. Pool is huge and separated into an activities/louder side, with a quieter part around the corner. Loved being able to go back and forth or choose on the day where we were going to set up. “I enjoyed the variety of pools at the hotel, especially having the option of both music-filled and quieter ones. However, I was disappointed with the service at the pool and beach areas. The servers were sparse and only came around every 30-45 minutes, which was frustrating. Additionally, the staff at this property could benefit from more training in customer service.
