“특급호텔로 기대이하 입니다. 인도 체류기간 첸나이에 있는 호텔에 묵었는데 그 호텔보다 가격은 두배 비쌋는데 시설은 절반 수준정도 됩니다. 공항 무료 픽업은 좋았습니다.”

“Kind staff. Room is very small”

“체크인하는데 시간이 너무 오래 걸렸어요. 그리고 룸 사용관련 방 1새당 5천루피 카드 선결제하고 이상 없으면 취소해준다는 시스템도 낯설고 기분이 별로였어요. 방 컨디션은 대체적으로 만족스러웠으나 안마의자는 오래된듯하고.. 욕실청소상태가 별로였어요. 5성급치고는 그저 그랬던 것 같네요.”

“It is the best hotel. I think that this hotel is the better than leela place hotel. because this hotel is very huge garden and two swimming pool.”

“It was cozy and luxurious hotel with large bathroom. We enjoyed various Indian food at buffet restaurant. I'd like to recommend Ritz-Carlton hotel when you come to Bangalore.”

“전반적인 서비스는 좋았음. 그러나 방에 방음 상태는 좋지 않아. 외부에서 나오는 음악 소리 및 복도에서 소비자들이 얘기하는 소리가 다들려 잠을 잘 잘수 없었음. 와이파이는 잘 안되는 경우가 많았음.”

“The room wasn’t prepared yet when I arrived at 6:30 pm . So I had to wait for more 30min for check in .And Even though I booked Spa . The masseuse didnt arrived in the hotel . So I was waiting for 30min again . But Tiamo was very good and every food was excellent . ”

“Room and bedding is luxurious, food was very basic and bland, especially South Indian dishes in buffet. Some staff are ok, some don’t acknowledge any Indians, I saw them smiling at foreigners but head high when they pass by normal looking Indians ”

“Stayed 2 nights at the property. The staff were super helpful and called up auto rickshaws when needed. Loved their attention to detail with regards to customer service. If I had to nit pick it would be the lack of lounge chairs by the pool. Great experience overall. ”

“The staffs were very kind ; Security, Door-man, Front desk, Concierge, Gym. Their Kindness makes me give a good feedback in general. Close to UB city and Cubon(?) Park in 10~15 mins walking distance and also close to other Downtown area like MG road by car, Meaning Area is Safe. So Overall not bad. But need to improve the facility and room status; Esp, Problem with Drowning in Bathtub, Dirty Shower Curtain and Not clean Carpet in the room. Guess this hotel is for business purpose for the local....

Beautiful pool was closed due to Bangalore water restrictions (I was warned when I made my reservation). Will definitely stay again, especially since the other hotels on MG Road are at least double the price.”

Ravi, my server with a smiling face provided exceptional service to get me Alu Palak and Tandoori roti which is my favorite! The next day I had the buffet which had such a great variety and every dish was so tasty. Kudos to the chef and his team! ”
