"Location is excellent, in walking distances to Nanjing Lu pedestrian street and the East Nanjing Lu subway station. Room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The only problem was the bath tub drain. It was clogged and still trained slowly even after service was called. Also, the bath tub was slippery. If you take a shower barefooted, the shower jell can easily make you slip and fall if you step outside of the anti slipping pad. So be warned (I know the is a sign)!"

There is a free shuttle between the hotel and the airport. One of the drivers was not very responsible, and we reported to the hotel after we checked out. "The staff at the hotel were super friendly. We were traveling with 2 young children. Upon our arrival, they gave us a free upgrade to a larger room to make the stay more pleasant. Hotel is located in the city centre, which makes traveling super convenient. The staff at the concierge even gave us a cute handdrawn map for tourist attractions and local food. Absolutely loved it!"
