“Hotel is under renovation and our room was clean and recently decorated and had a fantastic view, but the bathroom did look dated. Downside was the bed which was small and very hard.”

“Lovely hotel with sea view, beautiful room and so clean, staff are very friendly and helpful, loved the hotel being so close to the beach, breakfast had a good selection of food and so lovely we ate outside enjoying the sea view, the restaurant Brassierre Blanc was also lovely, the food was very good, only thing I would complain about is how long each course it took to come out, we had to wait 45 mins just for our starter after having the nibbles, then another very long wait for the mains etc,...

“We had a great stay at Fairhaven Hotel. The family room was comfortable and a good size, and the location of the hotel was perfect for direct access to the beach and other local amenitiies The staff were all very friendly and helpful, and my son loved the breakfasts! We would definitely stay again in the future.”

“Great location for the beach and the centre of town. Hotel beautiful and clean. Breakfast was great with a good choice of cooked options, all freshly prepared. Really enjoyed the Bluewater Spa and Brasserie menu. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time, but the staff worked hard to allow us into the room early. Upon return to our room after dinner, there was a terrible smell in the bathroom (as the extractor was blowing air in!), however Darrell noted the issue carefully for their maintenance team and moved us to another room immediately. Great service”

“언덕위 바다 조망의 깨끗하고 안락한 호텔이었습니다. 객실 크기는 비교적 큰 편이었고, 직원들도 친절했으며, 조식도 훌륭했습니다. 사용해본적은 없으나 수영장과 자쿠지 등도 무료로 이용가능하다고 합니다. 아쉬웠던 점은 욕실의 샤워 수도꼭지가 매우 독특한 (구형의?) 방식의 것이라 사용에 어려움이 컸던 것 입니다 (비슷한 후기들이 많이 보이네요). 반드시 호텔 직원을 호출해서 샤워 사용법을 충분히 익혀두시길 추천합니다.”

“As a couple we stayed two nights. Staff were very pleasant and breakfast plus dinners were good. Unfortunately they forgot to clean our room but this didn’t spoil our stay at this authentic hotel ”

“Well located hotel with good facilities, especially the swimming pool which my 2 daughters enjoyed the most. Family room was also a very good size, however up 2 floors without a lift was not ideal.”

“비수기를이용 60파운드 정도에 시뷰 발코니룸을 예약. 도착해서 시뷰 발코니룸을 받기는 했는데 홈페이지 사진과는 전~혀 다를 좀 후진 방을줌. 컴플레인을 걸었더니 4층 발코니뷰 방은 다 차서 2층에 발코니 방을 줬다는데.... 발코니 옆에선 로비천장 공사중이고 앞 바다는 건물에 가려서 잘 보이지 않고, 방과 욕실도 사진보다 작았음. 밤에 나가서 불켜진곳을 확인해보니 4층에 빈방도 있는 듯 했음. 뭔가 차별 냄세가 나기는 했으나 하루 있는거라 그냥 넘어감. 시설, 위치는 가격대비 나쁘지 않았으나 다시 방문할지는....”

“I have stayed in many hotels in Bournemouth for work and this is my number 1 choice. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and the bed is comfy. Food is lovely.”
