“새로 생긴곳이라 새 건물이고 깨끗하고 건물은 상당히 좋습니다. 다만 아침 식사가 포함하지 않으면 별도로 하면 상당히 비싼 편입니다. 또한 아직 교육이 부족한지 5일을 묶었는데.... Room Cleaning을 남자분이 하시는데..깨끗하게 청소를 하지 못하네요..^^...침대만 다시 정리하고 수건만 바꾸고, 테이블이나 바닥을 닦지 않아 먼지가 그대로..^^... Room Cleaning은 개선이 필요합니다. ”

“friendly staff, justo the TV reception is terrible and the comms from the hotel is not very clear, when I went out they asked me to leave my card key but no mention on the booking although I refused and they let me keep it but I think it should be clear on the booking, i rented the room therefore I'm entitled to keep my key for my entire stay otherwise staff are friendly”

“Simple room with a comfortable bed and small window. No toilet paper provided. Bathroom floor was wet and dirty. Air Con worked well. ”

“the comfort rooms are dirty.. no soap and shampoo provided.. you need to buy from their store... rooms are dirty. cockroaches are everywhere..even if the windows are closed, there are mosquitoes inside... super dusty floorings... aircon doesnt cool... upon arrival, they even said that I have no booking wherein I had paid using my card...”

“Although not apparent from the pictures, the hostel is actually a former home converted to a hotel. Not all rooms have private bathrooms. Food a restaurant on the premises was quite good. Staff were very helpful.”

“The care taker is a awesome guy trying his best to make sure we had everything we need. All the locals are very friendly and willing to provide anything. The room was clean but needed some attention like power outlets and repairs, windows, floor. A little fridge in the room would be great. Awesome view. Thanks to Chay was a pleasure to talk too.”

“Upon checking in, the staff was pretty nice and accommodating. He showed us our room, seemed clean. We were tired so we didn’t mind how rundown the room is cause we were only staying there for one night after all, just ordered food so we can watch our show. Problem #1 was the food we ordered, Chicken Cordon Bleu was very raw. The staff was glad enough to take it back to cook it properly, though. Problem #2 was while watching our show, we saw a mouse come through above the AC unit. We just...

“i booked in hotels.com but when we were about to check in they cant see our booking. 1 of our booking was seen in expedia.com. i showed them the confirmation receipts, bank details of payment and they gave us a room. staffs are accommodating”
