“Very nice hotel, kept clean and well decorated. Hotel lacked some basic necessities like room service, bottled water for the coffee machine in the room, furniture maintenance and lighting in the room very outdated and dark to the point that we couldn’t see the unique wall decorated with leather wallpaper. Furniture in the room was beat up quite a bit”

“An old heritage hotel located in downtown San Francisco. Although it maintains the old fashionable style, you must be prepared for the unpleasant smell that hits you as soon as you enter the room. In addition to the hotel charge I paid by hotels.com, I must pay a daily urban fee of $35 and a 1.67% urban fee tax. If I had known in advance, I don't think I would have chosen this hotel.”

“The room and stay was great. But the food, not great. Over priced and not good. I wouldn’t eat there again. Plus NO breakfast during the week is ridiculous. ”

“The only disappointment was the very poor lighting in the bathroom and the lack of a shower mat which left the shower/tub floor extremely slippery. ”
