First the good: the room configuration was great for a family of 3 or less. It was a nice quiet nook for children that allowed a little privacy for parents.
The staff tried to accommodate our large group of 17 on most nights at the restaurants. Saturday was too crowded. The Italian restaurant and the sushi restaurants were very good. The steakhouse, not so much.
The lifeguards were really watching the beach.
Wristbands for door keys worked great. The children’s activities were good.
Not so great: the rooms only had one coffee cup and one water glass. No washcloths. Showers and sinks were old. The only place to get breakfast was the buffet. There was a variety of food but it was quite loud in the room.
The interior of the resort was very warm. I suppose this was due to the construction and it let a lot of hot air inside.
Our room was too warm. A technician came but he didn’t fix the problem. Others in our group had cool rooms.
