“Bien, buena estadia, muy comodo, bonita habitación. La persona que atendió fue cordial. Cosas por mejorar: Pidieron por WhatsApp datos de la tarjeta de credito lo cual no genera confianza. Hubo fallas en la comunicación para recibir el código para abrir la puerta. La cama doble está compuesta por dos sencillas, lo cual hace que se sienta el hueco en la mitad. El baño no tiene circulación de aire. Poca flexibilidad en caso de enfermedad.”

“Fantastic stay, Marianna was a great host that kept in contact during our stay. Very central with underground paid parking on request. Apartment very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities for a work/family stay. Good wifi and located near to great restaurants and places of interest in Bristol.”

“Stayed in a 1 bedroom family apartment. A period property that has been stylishly decorated. Comfortable bed with plump pillows and quality bed linen. Daughter said could feel springs in pull out sofa but not too much to grumble about. A great position off the Clifton triangle so walk pretty much anywhere with lots of restaurants nearby. Nice little touches, Nespresso machine with capsules, L'occitaine toiletries, smart tv with Netflix etc included. Good communication before we arrived. Wasn't...

“Water heater was only on for a certain amount of time in the morning and night, if you are someone who takes showers late at night (11pm onwards) then good luck. Property was in the basement, and the door was right next to the whole buildings trash. When we arrived it was extremely unpleasant and smelly. Also note that if you have many luggages, there is no lift and the stairs are very narrow, and there is a bush at the top, which makes it even harder to carry things down as it is obstructing....
