"We booked two suites here on a last minute basis as we had a problem with our previously booked accommodations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had air conditioning-a rarity. We arrived at just after 2pm and was very disappointed to find we could not get in as auto booth was not working and directing us to reception which was not open until 5pm.
