"Very good service"

"I enjoyed my stay. My room was nice, spacious, clean, and had a good view.The breakfast was nice and had a mix of Western and Eastern cuisine. The only downside is that it isn’t close to a metro station for public transportation."

"Excellent location. You can walk into the Mall and the undergound MTR without going outside. Very accessable to all main attractions. Best Cantonese restaurant in the hotel. Lots to eat in the Mall or the underground. Unbeatable location. The hotel itself is Ritz. Not need to say anymore."

"The hotel was excellent. Had a great two night stay. Hotel room was amazing Deluxe King. Lovely bathroom, very comfortable bed. The reception staff and bar staff were wonderful. In the restaurant and breakfast rooms the staff especially first thing were not in keeping with the rest of the team, though the food was very good. Loved the curry puffs available at lunch. Will stay here again most likely"

"Terrific rooms (admittedly, I had a junior suite, but it was among the best I have stayed in, especially considering how reasonably priced it was), excellent breakfasts in a pleasant restaurant, but most of all, super-helpful and friendly staff even when there was a bit of a language barrier. Extremely minor nit: my mattress was a bit saggy in the middle—should be replaced."

"They allow SMOKING in this property. We have asked for non smoking rooms and when we went to our room, it was smelling smoke. We went back to talk to the receptionist and we saw someone smoking in the corridor. They have ask trays by the elevator door. We went to complain but they said nothing they can do. Do not stay here if you want a smoke free place "

"Our Standard room was in Old Minguo building with no elevator! Room was quite small and bathroom was equally small! Apart from the location, which was near Xuanwu lake entrance, this old building room did not justify the price paid."

"The visit to the hotel was a refreshing stay. As my colleague and I were on a very busy business trip, arriving at the hotel we were happy to be able to relax during our two night stay. Eventhough we had difficulties communicating with the staff because we only speak English, they were always friendly and tried to help us on all occasions. Our rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Each room has its own walk in Hot Spring bath where you could laze in and look at the beautiful...

"The room is big and clean. The staff is nice. However, the indoor swimming pool, gym (only few facilities) and one hotel restaurant in hotel were all closed and shut down!! So curious and not shown on the website!! Also, 3 out of 6 small spa pools were shut down due to problem. The buffet restaurant is only opened for breakfast. There is only one Chinese restaurant and a tea/cafe shop (snack food serving only) are left for lunch and dinner. However, the restaurant is opened until 8:00pm...
