"I was there for a conference and the property was clean and the staff was very helpful. The bathroom in my room was clean but the tub is small and the shower was a little quirky so not a 5 star. Would stay there again and recommend."

"It was just a place to lay our head down for the night before our flight in the morning. Very convent for LAX flyers and those in need of a shuttle. "

"Shower didn’t work, the water did not go up to shower head. Spoke to cleaning people but it stayed the same. I stayed 6 nights and couldn’t take a shower properly. A Group of people in the room next door laughed and talked loudly very late at night. "

"Everything other than the $85 valet parking was perfect. The business center was very hey as I had some work that needed to be completed before I hit the road. The staff was very nice and helpful as well. They have a bar and restaurant that is very nice too. As I mentioned the valet parking is not cheap, which i understand to a degree but 85$ is a bit much but convenience is convenience. "

"We got upgraded so that was nice. The only downfall was the prices in the hotel bar and the store inside of it. Friday we bought a bottle of Chardonnay and they said it would be $50.00! We just about fell over but we’re stuck with no other options. That evening we went to the bar for a drink before bed. I was charged $30,00 for a glass of Chardonnay! He said it was a 9 oz glass but there was no way. I know my sizes. Then Saturday we go in the store to grab another bottle of the same Chardonnay....
