"Location is excellent, in walking distances to Nanjing Lu pedestrian street and the East Nanjing Lu subway station. Room was clean and the staff was super friendly. The only problem was the bath tub drain. It was clogged and still trained slowly even after service was called. Also, the bath tub was slippery. If you take a shower barefooted, the shower jell can easily make you slip and fall if you step outside of the anti slipping pad. So be warned (I know the is a sign)!"

They were restored without me informing during morning room make up. My kids were restless while waiting at the lobby, Joy Lu was selfless, came over and entertain them with balloon sculpture. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous. Wide spread of food. "

"For a 4-5 star hotel at the center of Xujiahui, this offers a great value. The hotel staff is professional. The rooms are kept in a great condition. The breakfast is superb. My only suggestion is that the sitting area in the lobby could be expanded"
