"매우 깨끗하고, 공간도 마음에 들고 다 좋았습니다. 룸에서도 먹을 수 있게 테이블이랑 의자도 잘 마련되어 있어서 좋았어요. 웬만한 도구들 다 있고.. 다음에 또 안동 여행을 간다면 다시 이용할 예정입니다. 잘 쉬고, 잘 놀다 갑니다!"

"Room was equipped with all the necessary items. It was clean and well maintained. Staff was kind and helpful. Parking was in secure area. Lots of choices for restaurants in walking distance. I’d definitely come back here when I travel around here. Good value for the money. The only thing was a leaking bathtub. Other than that, I was very satisfied. "

"사장님은 굉장히 친절하셔서 좋았는데 실내화에 먼지가 쌓여있고 샤워용품 유통기한이 5년이 지난 18년도걸 쓰고있어서 맨물 샤워랑 물샴푸를 했네요. 담배를 잡으려고 쑥을 피우신다는데 담배도 안피우는 사람들한테 복도에 쑥 냄새가 너무 지독하게 심합니다. 화장실 구조도 굉장히 민망하게 밖에서 보이는데 커튼으로 가리셔야되겠습니다"

"There was plenty of parking and the check in and check out process were very quick and efficient. The cleaniness of the hotel was great. No complaints. Would stay again! "

"Clean and good to stay"

"It's easy to find as it's a popular place for locals to go for sauna. Checking in was easy and frontdesk staff was friendly. Only down side is the service by the waiter in the hotel restaurant. A restaurant that's able to accomodate about 40-50 guests was only occupied by about 8-9 guests. It's being served by 2 waiters. One was friendly but the other (도현민) was unattentive and displayed a can't be bothered attitude. With current Corona virus situation i would thought service will be much better...

"The property is in a perfect location and the outside of the property is looking good. However, the onside of the property is not well maintained and cleaned out. The clerks are not trained as professional so they do not deliver welcome feeling to us. "
